Gilbert Diaz was born and raised in New Mexico. After completing high school, Diaz ventured to the Eastern United States and earned two degrees from Boston University. Diaz has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Boston University. Diaz then headed back West and attended the University of La Verne College of Law. Diaz was part of the first class from La Verne to earn a Juris Doctorate with ABA accreditation. Diaz was then admitted to the State Bar of California in 2008. Diaz has since been working to help those in need of legal representation. He has dedicated his practice to ensuring that there is “justice for all…”

Gilbert Diaz also dedicates a portion of his time to giving back to the community by actively participating in pro bono legal programs throughout the Inland Empire. Diaz started free legal clinics for seniors that allows them to make appointments at local Senior Centers and discuss any legal issues seniors might encounter. Gilbert Diaz is also the volunteer criminal panel attorney for the ASUCR Student Legal program at the University of California Riverside.
